  1. Yes between the two cars I have everything except carpeting. Esty can provide that.
  2. http://burlington.craigslist.org/cto/2897922846.html Yes it is mine.
  3. http://burlington.craigslist.org/cto/2567272491.html Selling my '73 tii project. I bought it a number of years ago and made some headway repairing the rockers and fenders. Used to run but now will not start. I have spark so its likely fuel related. I've lost interest and its just sitting there taking up space. Time to see if someone else wants to work on it and make it a fun driver. As noted I also have a '73 non-tii parts car that can go with it. No title for either car since VT does not issue them on cars more than 15 years old. I can send more pictures if requested.

  5. I can post here but not in the cars for sale section. Don't understand.
  6. Keep getting a bug http://burlington.craigslist.org/cto/2567272491.html
  7. I'm paying close attention since I have a 73 tii that is kind of going down the same path. Mine just wasn't drivable when I picked it up but it is getting closer.
  8. Looking at the pic you can see the height difference. Oh well, now I've determined I need a new coil. Always something.
  9. 18473 I know it should be correct but not sure why it seems to sit too low. I'm just going to try it and see what happens.
  10. Okay, I feel stupid because I know this should be easy and I've done it on some of my other cars. I'm putting a 1847V pertonix into my 73 tii and the magnetic sleeve seems to go down the shaft too far. I thought the top was suppose to line up with the sensor but it ends up part way down the sensor. What am I missing?
  11. I'm in central Vermont, Waterbury Center area. I'd love to have the car ready for Saratoga but I'm not that optimistic. We will see how things progress.
  12. I went out to the garage yesterday to assess my '73 tii project. I thought I'd clean it up and get it ready to to list for sale. After digging in I spent the whole day wokring on it and decided I can't let it go. Time to bite the bullet and get this thing going again. Yes, its an addiction.
  13. To heck with value. My tii was a piece of crap and given my resources it would never be a sweet original car. I'm doing whatever I want to it and dmn the resale value.
  14. It looks better than the car I started with in my garage. I'd resurrect it but that's just me.
  15. Good news and bad news. The bad news is there is still pressure but I guess the good news is that means the system doesn't leak much. Going to have to wait until later to remove it.
  16. Is there any way to determine if its dry? The car doesn't run and is not really movable at this time.
  17. Any one have any tips on removing a Clardy AC system? Never done it before. What happens when I start disconnecting hoses? Besides the holes in the firewall what else will need to be altered? Thanks.
  18. I'm going to give the AC stuff a good look and decide what to do with. It appears to be a Clardy system and is complete. May have to see if I should put it in my tii. This isn't my first 02. Actually my 73 tii is number 3 and this 73 mouse house is number 4. Can't seem to get away from them.
  19. Forgot to mention that a nice little family of mice moved in. Any magical ways to evict them?
  20. I've decided to dive into my $300 '73 2002 and see what I can make of it. For the northeast its reasonably solid, at least in the important areas. Floors are trash as is the left front wheel well and the spare tire area. So this one has both AC and a sunroof, both of which I will probably delete. Is it worth boxing up the AC stuff and selling it? I'm thinking a fun rat rod, auto-x, maybe future hill climb, tarmac/targa rally car is in the future.
