  1. Greetings all, having a brainfart here, can anyone tell me the name of the parts company that has the RealOEM engine built into their site. They've been around forever and I think they're upper east coast somewhere. Thanks, TK
  2. Does anyone have a solid part number for the low pressure 320i in tank fuel pump? They’re pretty spendy and I’m not sure what year they switched to high pressure. Just don’t want to get the wrong one.
  3. Thanks Dave (2002targa@gmail.com) John, I tried that, all that I could get to come up was the color legend...
  4. I'd be curious to see of you get more or less vibrations coming through the shifter mounted like that opposed to a brace mounted to the transmission. The tranny (can you still say that?) mounts look nice, did you make those too??
  5. Does anyone have a legend (1-Light, 4-horn, 13-Dist) for the attached diagram? I know this is for a Tii, but I'm pretty sure my carby 74 is going to be pretty much the same but without all the Tii stuff. I have all the color codes, just need the numbering. 2002tii-wiring-diagram-1974.pdf Thanks all..
  6. Tdskip, I'm kinda curious about what I'm guessing is your spring compressor. Got any info on it? Another pic? If that's what it is, I've never seen one like that. TK
  7. Damn, it took me waaayyyyyy longer to figure out the third than it should of. Gotta be something stock on every year. Can't be Tii/regular specific. Clock/tach....technically-maybe. Yes, they are electrically driven mechanisms, but not it.
  8. plastic seatbelt bolt caps. plastic U-cap that goes on the trunk torsion bars. metal J-hook that breaks off late model grills.
  9. Why couldn't you have opened when I lived in Palm Harbor 3 years ago????? Looks like a great setup you have there. Ask Doug if he knows a "Tweet" named Gus from the CG 130 world. I flew on them for 20 years, it's a small community. Although I spent most of my time in Alaska..
  10. As an California 80's kid, I LOVE IT! All you need now is to mod the brake and clutch pedals for some KKT Lightnings and you'd be set!!
  11. It's not an 02, but if you have an early 318 upgrade, close enough!! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eLgjyJBvYs4
  12. Maybe sprinkle a bunch of flour all around the edge of the tank. If the seam has failed, it might not be enough to be a full leak, but would be enough to stink. A little bit of gas goes a long way as far as the sniffer goes. If all the flour stays dry, just vacuum it up and check the seam off the list.
  13. The only way that's ever going to happen is if you turn the internet off.... Welcome to the sickness.
  14. Greetings all, this is a longshot, but is anyone here in the OKC area that would have a line on a 320i parts car? I'm looking for rear brake fixins (springs and such) TIA, TK
  15. That would do it, but I'd have to mickey mouse something, I have a stahl header on it. . Or I could just get off my lazy ass and install the megasquirt that I've had sitting in the garage for the last 2 years...
  16. Sho-nuff, as soon as it started cutting out this morning, I pulled over and popped the air cleaner off. Nice little frost icicle going from the venturi all the way down to the throttle plate. Held it wide open with my hand for a minute and the engine heat melted it all away. Good to go!!! I tried to get a pic, but couldn't get my phone out before it mostly melted.
  17. Didn't think about the coil, will check in the AM. It keeps chugging along, but just sputters at 60-70 like it's going down to two cylinders. Best I can tell, ignition wiring is good. K&N air filter and the tank is just vented straight out underneath the trunk.
