shifter rebuild faq is wrong??

After cross referencing the part numbers for the shifter rebuild FAQ it seems not all of them are even for 2002's. Also this faq has the wrong diagram unless this is meant for 5 speed conversion shifter rebuilds. The faq needs some editing for sure.

This is the diagram that should be used thou i am not sure what parts would be needed. Im guessing #s 2x2,3,14,17,18,19.

Has anyone done a shifter rebuild and know normally what is needed?

....if "your not sure what parts you need? "

you better get under there and start taking it apart

so you know what it is your working on.

Generally you need all the plastic & rubber bits,

the 2 shift platform mounts on the rear of the transmission,

and all the other stuff I've highlighted here

order up 2 motor mounts and 1 trans mount

while your under there

have fun
