BTW wouldnt you have bin a little better off using somebody on your same continent then TEP i mean your in Sweden? Germany is right down the street from you.

There's couple of good reasons to do that.

1. Stuff like that costs double the money in Germany. Even after shipping and customs and crazy high VAT (in Finland) it becomes cheaper to buy from US.

2. It's very hard to find companies from Germany that you can do business with without speaking German. Conversation by e-mail in English is a lot easier for me at least.

Well its weird that you're got confirmation on you end because i ran this email server and have checked the spam filters and none have been denied. I guess its on you're side then. Weird thing is you could email be after you read this thread?

I have not called you is because i im not so comfortable to getting up in the middle of the night (due to time zones) and speak bad english with you. But sure if it has to be that way to solve it.

Robert - the advantage of you using email is that you have a record of what is said. That is not the case with a phone conversation. Don't know if that is why TEP is requesting phone contact or not. Maybe try reaching him from a different computer.

I know that the old saying goes something like have a bad experience and you tell 10 people have a good one and you tell only a couple - well there's seems to be a lot of bad experiences here so to balance it out a bit - I've dealt with Top End and they were very helpful and shipped the parts to me in the UK promptly with no problems so wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

I'm sorry you've not had such a good experience, hope it gets sorted soon for you.
