I AM PREPARING FOR AN S14 SWAP INTO A 72TII.

DID YOU NEED TO MOD THE TUNNEL TO FIT THE GETRAG 265 CR?

WHAT OTHER MODS ARE NEED TO INSTAL THAT BOX INCLUDING USING A E21 BELLHOUSING?

Yes, the tunnel had to be modified (widened) to accommodate the Getrag 265CR. We used a stock, un-modifed e30 M3 S14 bell housing.. the one that came with the Schnitzer S4 engine and mated tranny.
