I found her on eBay way back in early November. I won the bidding but I didn't meet the reserve. After going back and forth with the owner (a real nice guy, BTW) and after Christmas, I called him and made the deal. The following is from the (now) PO:

This car is a great classic that I have owned for 5 years. The car has less than 250 miles per year put on it since I have owned it. It has always been garaged and only driven in the summers. I am the third owner and purchased it from a friend who owned it for 21 years. He purchased it from the original owner whom he knew. Over the past 4 winters I have been restoring the car and below is a list of items that have been completed.

2006-Undercarriage was inspected sanded and all rust removed, a new pedal box was installed and underbody undercoated three times(shock tower were sound and trunk and spare tire well in good condition)

2007-Engine -Total engine tune up, valves reset, new head gasket, carburator was removed disassembled and rebuilt, a new fuel filter & fuel lines were installed, the choke hot water line and clamps were replaced

Transmission- Gear oil and differential done

Electrical-New distributor cap, rotor.wires and plugs, The starter, alternator and voltage regulator were replaced, all relays were removed cleaned and replaced as needed, all fuses were replaced and new box installed, new battery cables, stop light switch replaced, electric choke heater switch replaced, electric choke relay replaced

Other -Front brakes -new calipers, pads, seals greased, front wheel bearings repacked-left door regulator was replaced-new radio am,fm, CD and external antenna

2008-Body was stripped and new paint applied with original Inka Orange. Primed, 3 coat of color and 3 coats of clear. There was very little rust. Three areas were found and repaired, the rocker panels, some door trim connection points and around the rear trim on the trunk lid

2009-Clutch slave was replaced

Again this car still runs strong and is great to drive. The sunroof works perfectly, the interior is clean and there is no cracks in the dashboard. Three items need repairs. The front driver seat has a few rips and need to be redone . It has a seat cover now. The passengers seat has a small wear spot the size of a dime. The heater fan does not work

At the previous listing the car sold for $5000 . There is much more invested in the vehicle

Check the Events forum. It's one of the top threads there.

I am also looking for a good body/restoration shop around that area.

I had a body guy come over and look at my '76. To weld in a new floor pan, driver's side rocker panel and spare tire well would have cost between $500-$700. He told me to restore the car it would have cost $6000-$8000. That's when I started looking for a different '02. There is a restoration place on US1 in Rockledge that told me about the same thing ($6-$8k). I found the original guy on Craig' list. Good luck
