Longing to drive my Tii

Or any old car for that matter...The driving season came to an abrupt end in December because of the harsh winter so far here in the Philadelphia area. We got a dusting of snow last week and PennDOT dumped an outrageous amount of salt on the roads...not sure if any one rainstorm could wash it away...I was just outside and 44 degrees feels like 80 because it has been so cold here recently...

I hear you. It feels like indian summer to me.

Haven't driven the Verona since October...

Looking forward to April showers to wash the salt off the roads... and then V@V.

I'm right there with you.

I have on my to-do list for the weekend to roll my car back a foot to prevent the tires from flat-spotting. What exciting action that will be.

Mine goes up the first salting and doesn't leave the garage until mid-late April. Our roads turn white in the winter, occassionally from snow, but definitely from salt. The roads have to be thoroughly washed clean before I can get the car out. Almost 5 mos off the road per year.

I am at least looking forward to pulling Horst out of the garage tomorrow for a car wash - its supposed to be sunny and almost 50 degrees. Its so hard to see Horst hooked up on life support (a battery tender), drinking stabil, and surrounded by mouse traps (thanks Bill for the recommendation - I picked some up just to be safe, no victims found).
