The horn contact (pin) on the steering wheel should be touching the ring on the steering column. One common cause of the horn sounding by itself is when the top and bottom covers of the steering column are removed and replaced, but the horn ring doesn't get into the proper place.

One way to check this is to disconnect the switch wire that comes from the steering column and connects at the horn relay. You should be able to disconnect it at the relay. Now you can connect a test light or multimeter to that wire while you check the wire up by the steering wheel. At least this way your horn won't be sounding while you are trying to fix it.

After all that, follow the wires from the horn relay to the horns and the grounds to make sure they are all clean and tight.

As for the roof aerial, no idea. The US models more commonly had the aerials mounted on the A-pillar next to the windsheild. These were held on with two sheet metal screws.

Check yours to see if there is a plastic or metal cover that is hiding the mounting screws. If your car has a sunroof, you can crank it open and then pull the metal covers at the front of the opening. These are the ones that cover the sunroof cables. With these out of the way, you may be able to peel the headliner down to see how the aerial is mounted. Just be careful if the headliner is glued. You don't want to tear the fabric. It may be very brittle if it is original.

Good luck.

Post a picture of the aerial if you can. It may help with diagnosing.
