Door closing adjustments

Both my doors shut fine but you can move them in and out about 1/4 inch. Lots of wind noise. Yes the rubber is very very worn and will get replaced after paint. Is this all it is or it there an adjustment to pull the doors tighter in when shut?

yes, there is.

you can move the striker plate on the door jam in to tighten the doors but if your seals are badly worn all that might do is cause the door not to be flush with the rear quarter when closed...but it's worth a try...only 3 screws, slide the striker plate back and tighten...

probably a stupid question for you but do you have the little door latch cap thing that looks like a big kernel of corn? Made all the difference in mine. I also just swapped the doors on mine and Esty has it with the adjustment.

I'll second the "corn kernal" fix JB...That fixes about 2/3 of door closing issues.
