carbs got the dribbles

Wel back in my holley 4bbl days when I would throttle by hand, engine not running, the fuel would spray in the primaries then when it went into secondaries it would spray those too.

My weber just kind of dribbles the fuel out on the primary and on secondary you get very very little, just runs down the inside....also the primary diaphram pump is wet on the outside, indicating a gasket leak

When these carbs are in proper order does the fuel come out with a bit of force or just kind of dribble out?

I'm not as dumb as I look

Uhhh, you mean when you open the throttle plates with the

motor running?

You don't see a fantastic pattern, really, because it's hard to get enough

airflow without a dyno to load it up on.

If the motor's not running, however, fix your float/float level/float valve-

no fuel should come from anywhere but the accel pump when you're not running.
