Fixed Camber Plates

Anyone have a picture of an assembled set of fixed plates prior to installation on the strut? I am curious to see the offset on a piece from one of the guys out west as compared to this.. These have unconfirmed numbers more than double that of IE, etc. And a photo might provide a hint until I can get them on the car and get to an alignment shop for a measurement..

TIA

I don't know how in the world you'd be able to get any more negative camber than those from Aardvarc, without hacking up the strut mount. The rubber strut mount that sticks up is the limiting factor, it seems. You just can't tilt it anymore without running the rubber thru the metal. I have to shave a little of the rubber off of mine just to get my Aardvarc plates to fit. It's a reallly tight fit....

Yeah. These were tight as well. Rumored -2 degrees...? Doesn't seem possible to me either, but thats the word. I guess these were made by a guy who used to make Alpina knockoff parts.. ?

Well, after you bend the strut, extend the control arm, etc... you *might* get -2 degrees....

I don't have a digital camera handy, but I have an identical set of fixed plates that are machined out of 5/16" aluminum. When mounted, it moves the strut about 3/8 inches to the back and center, and the rubber edge of the support bearing will rub on the hole in the body fenderwell. Does this make sense?
