Follow good Victor's instructions. And when he says '25 to 35 degrees'

go to 35, if you have measuring devices that accurate. A timing wheel

from a hotrod shop works great.

They do work well.

You'll feel what I mean as you tighten- at the upper limit of the tightening

tolerance, you can feel that it's 'tight'.
