ignition tumbler replacement?

My ignition tumbler is seized up. I drilled out the pin holding it in the steering lock cylinder, and removed it. Does anyone know if I can get a replacement tumbler, without having to replace the entire ignition lock, etc? Big expense ($300+) and big pain. Anybody replaced just the tumbler?

Yes ----just replace the tumbler and lock it in with a self tapping screw--otherwise you will have uncouple your steering shaft and remove the shear bolts underdash to pull the column because everything slides off via the bottom. You can key match if you need to---but that gets a little pricey unless you know someone!--Scoyote
