i'll include a strip of matching vinyl to cover the section indicated in the 3rd picture...or if you're patient the piece of carpet that cover the shock tower is large enough to mold and fold over that ridge

the front trim section is made to wrap under the bottom board and glued or stapled to the back of the board

the easy way to install the bottom piece is glue (or staple) the carpet to the board then pull the front trim piece over the edge of the board and fasten it to the back side...lay the bottom board in place and secure it how ever you prefer

the back piece and side pieces are simply glued in place

Hi Esty,

How much do you normally charge to do an interior carpet set? I have a 74tii and I will need carpeting before the fall. Right now I am working on repairing the holes in the floor. Please let me know when you have the chance.

Thanks,

Brian

i emailed you....the price is $195.00...hopefully, it'll stay under $200.00...my costs recently increased about $40.00 per set...i lost the source i was buying thru and don't get as good of a price as i did when i was able to add to a friends order...i just don't buy enough to get the best prices...

but....i believe most will agree that my prices are still the winner among available options

Hi Esty,

Is this price just for the carpet or is the flat board like material behind included? What is that material? Is it structural enough that someone could sit on it in a pinch?

Marshall nailed it...it's easy to make the boards i use 1/2 luan and yes, it's heavy enough to sit on...my dogs love mine

the easy way to make the boards is use the carpet sections for a pattern...
