F/S Nice Valve cover

The Alpina letters are aluminum , not a sticker , they are not coming off.

I don't know how you would get the font to make a " sticker " , let alone have it stay on. As far as cast in , according to sources in Germany , no valve covers were cast with Alpina . has anyone actually seen one in the flesh. Like I stated , it is very nice and if you get it and don't like it send it back less shipping .

And being I am not an "expert" , I would surmise if Alpina made their own valve covers , I would think they would be few and far between and a whole lot more than 175.00 to obtain one.

It would have been more cost effective to simply attach the logo .

We are suppose to have fun right ?

aluminum trunklid badges from alpina and stick it on the valve cover since that is how those badges are attached; double sided 3M foam. You are right, Alpina did not make valve covers with their logo cast into them. They did paint their valve covers but they did not use black wrinkle finish on them. Somebody could have stuck a badge on a cover and then sand cast it.
