Oof, $144 for e21 ventilated rotors? Is that each? I got a pair of Zimmerman/Brembo rotors for like $100 on RockAuto. :P

So are what is the difference between the 02 front struts and the 320?

I am guessing it is the spindle?

Can they be swapped? If not why. Is it something some one with a welder and Lathe can fix?

Or could the 320 Strut inserts be used in a 02 housing?

I am asking this because I have a 1981 320is parts car. With Springs and Bielstiens. I would like to put them in a 1975 2002.

I plan to do the rear subframe swap. Reweld in the shock and spring mounts.

But I am having problems finding the data on the front parts.

Thanks

Barry

So would it be correct to say the only difference between the tii and '02 is the spindle? I am working on a project now and going to be mating e23 spindles to '02 struts. So if there any advantage in getting tii struts for this? Any help appreciated. j

Is the brake disc still available? Do you have stock left for the brake disc? I'm currently looking for a replacement one for my ride. I think this is a good deal for me. Let me know. Thanks.

Wouldn't one need hub too to convert to tii from '02? The bearings are larger. I wonder if it would to do the Coilovers conversion on tii struts rather than '02... hmmmm

that is due to the different spindle size. The spindle on the Tii strut is larger diameter.
