Glad you're joking. At first I thought, "What are you thinking?!!" Sadly, lots of the boy racer crowd seem to like that look.

Man if ya dropped it about 3 inches it might not be so bad.

I thought you were trying to bring back the tiny, protruding wheels fad. Seems everyone with a mini pickup, Corolla, Civic and even Cadillac put tiny wheels on at one point. Remember the gold wire wheels?

In that picture the car has H&R's in the front but not in the rear yet

Here is the car they are normally on 82 MKI Jetta Coupe with 16 valve swap

Two things I will never understand about dubbers:

1) wheel poke like this

2) rusted hoods

maybe its just me, but i think tires and wheels look best inside the fenderwells.

Outside of that, a nice looking Jetta

No problem, thought you'd like it!

Show your bud -- tell him that with that radical drop, they'd end up looking better on your 02 sled (and they'd possibly stay inside the fenders) than on his Jetta!

BTW, not a fan of the stretched tire look myself. I think those rims would look way better with at least 205s, or even 225s on them than 175s... Kinda like the rad flat paint on his MKI though.

oh i directed him to it he was stoked

I like some stretch but some of the VW guys go stupid amounts of stretch

yea mexico beige that's been weathered and deprived of wax for well over a decade.

on a funny side I sent the pshop version to my dad in Iraq and seeing how this one is technically his car he flipped. I reassured him that I hadn't messed with the suspension :-) little does he know he now has ST sway bars and H&R springs
