What are the correct torque specs for the suspension?

Putting the front suspension back together after installing some bilsteins and H&Rs.

Does anyone know the correct torque specs for the suspension bits? Control arm upper and lower, steering linkage, 3 top bolts and that piece that runs from the lower control arm to just above the sway bar (forget what that one is called).

Thanks much in advance!

never mind - and -

your car should be loaded with 150 lbs on

each front seat, 150 lbs centered on the back seat,

full tank of gas, and another 100 lbs in the trunk when

you do your final tightening of the control arm

hardware - car sitting on the ground and 'rolled' to

allow the suspension to find 'itself' .
