Engine rebuild update

Well my fresh engine finally seems to be settled in. After a few little details like needing new plug wires, dizzy cap, and fixing a small oil leak around the top timing cover & the valve cover it runs very nicely. I got the oil changed and final valve clearence check, so I am on my way to years of hassel free driving! Next project is body & paint so I will be saving up fpr a year or so. I promised my wife no big ticket items for the car this year so we can buy some stuff for the house (leather furniture). Anyway she has been cool since the bill for the engine was over $5,000 spread over a few years. Now it runs great just in time for it to be ONE THOUSAND degrees here in Orlando. Oh well I just grab a ice pack and put in the car to cool me off.

I got the bar on Ebay from a previous FAQer, I don't know what happened to him. It was $100 on buy it now back around 4 & 1/2 years ago when I bought it. It is nice, clean, shiny, and it can be adjusted.
