Need rust free floor panel and frame rail

The person I bought my 2002 from had put in three metal sheets that I had to remove on the passenger side, and I found out why. The whole floor is rusted through, as well as the frame rail. I've found several websites for the floorpan, but would rather not pay that much, so if anyone has one that they previously bought, or cut out of their car (if rust free) please let me know.

Also, if anyone has a frame rail, or a parts car that they can cut one off of (as much as I would hate to do that to a 2002) let me know.
