After searching high and low I can't find a torque spec for the dizzy shaft housing - head bolts.

Anyone know 'em (or where to look)?

Are you talking about the bolts holding the housing to the head? If so, the 8mm one =20 ft.lbs and the 3) 6mm ones 12 ft. lbs. I made up those numbers based on 35 years of tightening BMW parts to aluminum

02fly knows his stuff, but I'd caution to not exceed the specs he suggested.

It is better to be on the tight side than too loose, just bear in mind 20 ft lbs & 12 ft lbs is higher than what BMW lists for cover bolts.

M8 = 22 Nm (16 ft lb)

M6 = 10 Nm (7.5 ft lb)
