I am curious if anyone has a diagram or can tell me which way the three female connectors go into the main connector into the back of the alternaor. I want to know if mine are correct. Thanks.

Upper/outer is black, middle/inner is brown (grnd.), and lower/outer is blue. Hope this helps.

can I switch to a diffrent alternator with a diffrent plug style. My plug is missing and im having to match male/female connectors and the male connectors on the alternator are not well supported and give way when i try to push on the female connector. I prob have a bad alternator though.

If you have two black wires, someone has "repaired" your wiring, and you will need to trace it out. The three small alternator wires go to the corresponding terminals on the regulator, so tracing or testing should be easy.
