e24 6 series rear seat advice wanted

Anyone here have experience with putting the e24 rear seat in their 2002? I am planning to do this in my car and was looking for any input on the install, i.e., modifications needed, etc. What did you have to do with the side panels in the rear seat area. Thanks for any help.

The rear hardshell has to be cut/modified to fit. Bolted to panel between trunk and interior. When Greg put mine in he made a custom parcel shell that came out between the 2 buckets over the arm rest.gotta get the right seat belts too.SuperChargedCar00042.jpg

from reat shows the parcel shelf mod.
