Source of oil leak ???

I believe IS NOT the oil filler and dipstick tube.

There is a small hose at about 1 O'Clock from the oil filler tube "hole"( see picture) Not a great pic but maybe you can see the hose clamp at the block??

The hose comes out from the engine and looks to be C shaped

It APPEARS to be where the leak is coming from

Any ideas?

Thanks

Russ

that is the return hose from the kugelfisher. just tighten the hose clamp. Of course you should check the condition of the hose itself. If it really starts dumping you'll be glad to have a spare.

Picks are from when I converted my block for use in a tii. I hammered out a piece of tubing, drilled it out and knocked it in.

Thanks for the info

I tightned the clamp at the block

Took several turns so I hope that's where my problem was

Also could be when I changed oil I accidently used 5 US Quarts and not 4.5 Quarts. I also changed to 20W50

Could these have contributed to the leak?
