Got my S14 rods Friday night from Anthony. Will post pics side by side of the stock S14 rods next to the Pauters. I do have to say there is quite a bit of weight difference. Oh and Anthony are those ARP rod bolts? I have new ones but was wondering if I should throw those away???

Now I've got a complete stroker race motor setup and a stock parts stroker setup. I can't wait to build/drive these motors!!! All I need next is the pistons - one set coming from Skidmark and one set coming from Ireland (9.5:1 CR). Stock-ish motor will be the first build, with E30 EFI intake and then the ITB setup next....

Hi Tom,

Those are stock bolts, I would send them for a clean and check (I pay $15 per rod for the service) and include the new bolts when you send them in.

They will come back pretty and you will know they are good.

Toss those bolts and use your new arps.
