Fender Flare options?

I'm having difficulty finding detailed pictures or information on various schnitzer/box type flares. I've been looking at the Korman kit, but from what I've read they're extremely thin for street use. I tried getting information/pictures about the VAC units, but received no response.

I like the look of the fenders on this car because they look at little less flared than the Korman units, but I have no idea who makes them.

Does anyone have opinions on the VAC fiberglass units? Any leads on the best company to get the box fenders from for a street car? Anyone other than Korman and VAC making them?

From what I remember reading from one of the owner's posts a while back, he had them custom made by a local guy he knows. If you notice, the doors on one or both ends have a small amount of flare in them. That's not something anyone mass produces.

Someone who who's car this is, post his website because I think its got the info on all the modifications. I swear I also read that he was thinking about selling it too. This is old news so that may have already happened.

That car was for sale recently and he had a website, but I also can't remember wat it was. This car was at the last swap/show in Palo Alto, it's a very nice car.

At any rate the flares you would be looking for would be made by Zender. Unfortunately they are no longer produced and are difficult to find a good used set, but they do poop (hehe, I mean POP) up from time to time.

Good luck with your search.

We are currently having molds made for box flares like these. Ours have the cut outs for early style factory bumpers. We will have first production in 3-4 weeks. I will be posting some pictures next week on our web site.

Also we now have Headers for the 2002 in Stainless Steel
