Hey, those look like my fog light clamps!

Isn't it nice that you don't have to ruin a perfectly good bumper by drilling holes in it.

And if you think the lamps are too close you can just move them.

See the first reply -- TILUX has a really cool clamp that mounts to the bumper sans drilling.

I bought a pair of those clamps from Tilux (guy on ebay..maybe here too?). They are great, hold tight, have a rubber pad to prevent marring the bumper's finish, and are very adjustable so you can aim the lights properly..all without drilling holes. My only concern with them is rust...I'm not sure if they are stainless or not...they don't really look it to me...although I do not drive/park my car in the rain, I'm concerned the humidity could rust them with time....
