You did notice that the front and rear brakes are modified from a 325, right? And the rotors are custom units? Sounds like only the master cylinder and booster are stock, and he added in an adjustable bias valve in the cabin.

I agree that stock '02 brakes are probably suitable for most road and driving school use (haven't driven an upgraded car, but my stock setup can lock up the wheels at any rate), but this beautiful car ain't using stock '02 brakes, nor does it sound like it has much '02 suspension left...

Still, I have to agree that it's an awesome machine!

...I did not mean 02 brakes - I ment 'stock' BMW off the shelf parts - be they from an Isetta - 850csi - my point is off the shelf parts are excellent quality, fit, work well, and if replacement is needed - just pick another off any BMW dealer bin - no mountain of hours machining some un-uptainium material at a bazillion dollars.
