rear shock install, i searched but.....

ive seen this discussed but never paid attention because it didnt involve me., i have my new bilsteins mounted on top (rear) but the angle of the mounting bolt on the trailing arm isnt allowing me to insert it through the shock bushing. whats the trick?? i hate forcing things.

you need to twist the bushing to align it with the stud.

So line up the end of the stud with the end of the bushing, insert the

extension (or anything else about that diameter, like

a big Philips screwdriver) into the other end of the bushing

and pull down on the end of it while pushing the shock into place.

Works a treat.

Did it a lot adjusting the Konis...
