That was a cool event. You are doing a great job on the car. I was dissapointed that there were'nt more 02's in the coral (just yours and the one in primer). Of course I drove the Alpina B9 cause it had AC rather than drive mine so I'm not sure why I am complaining. Hope you got the wipers figured out. Congrats on finishing the car and getting your permit in sequential order.

The Petit LeMans is one of my favorite races. I try to make it as often as I can, although I haven't been able to make it in the last two years.

Boris Said is a heckuva driver and a great guy. I've been at several events where he is present and he always has time for the fans.

I'll never forget the ride I had with him driving an E39 M5 at Oktoberfest 2000. They were raffling rides for charity and I won one. All the other PTG drivers were merely going fast until Boris started drifting his on all the turns. He had that M5 sideways through almost all the course.

Boris is a driving whore.

And I mean that in a good way. Many weekends he'd be racing in two very different vehicles. Nascar, trucks, IMSA, Trans AM. A VERY fast guy around a road course. That is why many teams would hire him to drive their car at Sears or wherever.

Heck of a nice guy when I got to meet him many years ago.
