but not a turbo. I have never owned or physically handled a tii manifold, but that thing has something off about it, potentially aftermarket?? And no provisions for a heat sheild. The space or "opening" between the two final pipes leading to the downpipe doesn't seem correct either. Like I said though, never seen one up close, only non tii manifolds

Either that or a 80-83 320i. No way does a tii have a down pipe setup with 4 studs!!!

I kind of like it - will it bolt up to a 2002 head? custom exhausts anre not that hard to fabricate

Yes it will bolt up to a 2002 head. The hard part is getting the flange from a 318 cat. pipe. Why bother? I don't see any performance gain from doing it.
