I bought a radiator for a Fiat Abarth from a supplier in Belgium last year, and it turned out to be an oil cooler for a BMW. I cannot ID the part on realoem and am wondering if anyone can help identifying it. It is stamped with the number 1712658 and then E7. I would be perfect for use in an 02 (I might use it for that) and I can use it for a radiator by modifying the inlet/outlet pipes. It would be nice to know its actual BMW application.

You could try taking it into a dealer, somebody there may be able to ID it for you. Photo's would help someone on the board ID it too. Beaner7102
