How High Should the window Be?

I have new door seal rubber in and making some final adjustments on the windows before I install the plastic and door panels. Where should the top of the windows come to on the door seals? There is a lower seal protrusion - just to that? I have them where they just barely touch the top part of the seal. Correct?

Thanks.

Use the windwing frame as the leading edge guide. The window should line up with the top of this frame. I have fairly new door seals and the window covers the lower part of the seal and just touches the larger, rounded part of the seal. Hope this helps.

Thanks. That's exactly how I've adjusted it out. Another one of those minor details I failed to take note of when I stripped it down for paint two years ago.
