320i alternator in a tii?

Has anyone with a tii upgraded to the 320i alternator with the built in voltage regulator?

How did you get it to fit in the bracket ? Did you swap the front body from your tii alternator with the 320i alternator to fit?

Zenon's site (zeebuck dot com) has a very good description and link for you tii guys. I know it's different than a stock unit but it's been a while since I've looked at the tii alternator....
