pulling head! should i put in tii exaust manifold same time

im replacing headgasket. is it a good time to put in tii exaust manifold. i found a used manifold for 100 bucks at aardvark racing. thanks

I've found the tii manifold has some performance gains. It's not that hard to replace even with the head in the car. I would say it might be easier to do it all at once if you wish though.

Take some time and loctite in your exhaust studs (per FAQ) while you have the head out! Also check the stud length to make sure that they'll work with the manifold.

if you have the funds, it would be notable to have.

if you have an otherwise stock non tii, you may not

get much noticeable gain though (been discussed much on this board).

when i tried one i did not notice any difference in my

mostly stock 76 (+weber 38 and ansa sport exhaust).
