I know i've put this up like 10 times but I'm nervous OK????

is it really 59 and 3/4 flange to flange for the 5-speed with a 6-bolt guibo? OR do I need to tell the machine shop to make it longer/shorter to account for the GUIBO???

THANKS!!!

Ultimately, you're going to have to live with whatever measurement you decide on. It can vary some from car to car, so taking your own measurement is important.

After your engine and tranny are installed, put the guibo on the output shaft and measure from the backside of the guibo to the forward side of the differential to get your flange to flange measurement.

too late. The driveshaft is already at the shop and I didn't measure this weekend because I didn't end up doing a mock-up. I'm just going to have to live with the 59 3/4" that I confirmed this morning.

ummm..... It is always best to measure twice and cut once. If your off on your measuremet ( to short) you might be replacing the drive shaft. It is easier to loose a day and do the job it right, than have to spend money on a new drive shaft and loose the time it takes to get the replacement drive shaft sent out to you.

Just put mine on and it fit fine with that dimension After getting it in, lossen the front four bolts on the rear end then re-tighten after them This lets the driveline 'system' find the point where there is no extra axial pressure on the guibo

Cheers
