the connection in place on my 02 right now has a short hard line that mates to a 1'-1 1/2' soft line. i'm ordering the fae/fag cylinders through bavarian - is the hardline neccessary? included? what have you all done in connecting the two (and where have you procurred them.) pelican parts list a connector (found via part #21 52 11 15 955) but it runs for $90. seems little much for me. let me know if you can. thanks (and thanks for all the help in the past as well - this site has taught me more in the past few months than i ever thought possible . . .)

Sounds like you are putting in a 320 slave. If so, buy a rear brake hose (costs less than the front and shorter). Connect your 02 hose male end to the brake hose and the line from the 320 slave to the brake hose.

No the line is not with the slave.
