I agree, it's easy to moderate the forums if you are serious about it. I'm taking my public email off the site as I'm getting new spam from somewhere, which is probably that email link. Give them an inch and they take a mile, it's better to nip spam in the bud on your site or they will always use you. Scoop the poop, before it really starts to stink.
