Why? I got Karl back today! I just spent an hour reintroducing myself to him. During the drive, nothing else mattered but me and Karl. It's amazing to think of all the little things that I took for granted. Like the way the engine sounds on accelleration. Or the feel of the road when driving. Even the little delay that you get when you use the turn signal. New cars just don't have that and it's something you can't go to the dealership and ask for as an "accessory".

Well, I got some pictures today. The before and after shot, Solex to Weber. Me in the Peak Performance jumpsuit.

Tomorrow, I find out what my bill is. It was nice to enjoy Karl for a day without the burdon of the labor fee. However, since I did the last four hours myself, that shouldn't count! And what is it with you BMW people and the S14's? They're trying to get me to buy one and install it as well. Somebody, convince me!
