I hate CA cars... that would be a [/i]good condition new england car. You can't even get metal in NE without it being 2-3 times the prices you CA guys sell for....

I'd buy it if I were in Cali. Looks better than the $550 2574356 that I just bought last weekend. Maybe that extra $50 goes a long way

Due to the odd twists and turns of emissions laws here, vehicles manufactured through 1975 are exempt from bi-annual testing, but '76's are not. As a result, there's a pretty good market for '75 and earlier '02's (see the ad from the local paper I posted yesterday - a '75 for $4k), but '76's go begging because nobody wants to mess with the emissions issues.

Great opportunity for folks in the east and midwest "rust belt" states to pick up clean CA cars at near give-away prices.........
