Does Davin SF still post here? Last year he made a vector drawing in Illustrator that looked something like what you're after. If he would turn off the color layers and leave the vectors, it might be what you're after. See this post:

You might try emailing him.

...If that is the only angle that you can use, and you want a wireframe/line-drawing of the car made from a picture, the only way I know of is to import the picture into a program like Illustrator and then draw out all the lines by hand. How much detail do you need? Grilles? Trim? It would be pretty quick to do an outline of the car, but much longer to make a detailed drawing. Ask me how I know...

when i was making my 2002 pinewood derby racer, Harry???

I snagged that one. Will definitely come in handy.

My son still treasures the Pinewood derby car we made and the trophy we won when he was a kid (he's 22 now). The car looks sort of like the STP Wedge turbine-powered Indy racer done by Andy Granatelli way back when. We lubed the axles with graphite (as allowed by the rules) and cruised to a win.

Other dads protested and lost. People just don't read...

Thank you guys those pics should be helpful. I just wanted to run a bunch of copys so that I could experiment on paper some different color ideas.
