Sunny Saturday 02 mini-drive in the NW (pics)

A couple of friends and myself had a fine time on Saturday wringing out the bugs on DonP's new mill, which happened to be only one small fuel pump wire connection issue that was resolved quickly.

Nice day, and fun relaxed (might need to put a rev limiter on Stuarts car) driving around the North Bend/Snoqualmie area in Washington. Finally a stop for lunch and then Don was off on his long drive home to Alberta!

Here's a few pics of the fun.

Nice blue color, what color is *that*??? ;-)

Sorry I missed you, I was on the east side last weekend.

No I haven't found that parts list for the AN fittings from my stainless fuel plumbing yet... I know it's around someplace!

Tried to call you but got VM. It was a fun day.

Let me know in email on the bits and pieces for the -AN stuff.

Thanks,

Awesome set of cars and shots! Will the owner of the red 02 please respond with the model number of that filter on the webers and inform if the webers are 40's or 45's. I'd love to see more shots of that clean engine bay! vintage_car@yahoo.com if you want to send more photos if you have them.

I really need to get my 02 together so I can come out to some of these drives. Hopefully next year I will have a running/driving car for the picnic...

I am sure Brian can give you the information for the side drafts.

Sorry I don't know the model number of the filters. Hopefully BigDog was able to help. The webers are 40's. I emailed you a few pics.

Thanks again to Brian Capp for a great day and engine!

Since my engine was also built by Brian and is about the same as the red car's, I thought I'd post a couple of pics.

Hey Stu, it was good to meet you. Here is a picture of my car with the "real" wheels and tires on. Thanks again for lunch!
