engine and drivetrain Does anyone hav ea trailer or dolly for hire in the LA area

Hi, I'm trying to arrange an engine swap for my 02, and although I have some time to locate the right engine, I have a very small window for towing the vehicle to where it needs to be for the swap since I have no garage. Does anyone have a tow dolly or trailer I could rent for a 1 day affair. The driver is my father, who regulary tows large trailers with his Ford Van which will be used. I really can't pay much, $20- 50 maybe? + a 6 pack of cheap beer maybe, a 12 pack of really cheap beer maybe? The tow needs to happen sometimes between thursday, and early next week.

You can rent a tow dolly from UHAUL for 39.95 a day. Thats what I did when I towed my car from San Franscisco down to LA. Pretty easy if you have a truck and a class 2 hitch (3500 lbs). But if the engine is out then a class one hitch (2000 lbs) will work.

For some reason I thought rental companies were no longer allowed to rent out tow dollies, Maybe that was oregon state. Thanks for the tip. I will check it out.
