Is this the right fuel tank for my car?

After pulling off the cracked fuel filler neck for my car, I decided that it was unncessarily difficult. I'm skeptical of whether or not this is the fuel tank that came with the car. The blocked off (possibly return) line going to the tank next to the fuel sender leads me to believe that it may have come out of a tii, but I can't be sure. Car is a '69 2002.

Can anybody tell me if this is the right tank? And where is the cheapest place I can get the correct fuel filler neck?

Looks like an 02 tank to me. unless you're going for an absolute origonal rebuild, I'd have a real filler tube made of metal, that takes a "regular" size cap, and stop the worries when you fill it up. weld one on from a 318 or a 5, with a spacer to the body around the cap area.
