If you mean this '76, I wondered the same thing myself. I'm almost certain it has just been relisted... I remember it being up last week at around the same price. Either the winner flaked out or the seller doesn't understand the concept of a reserve price.

Assuming the mechanicals are sound and it passes smog, that car seems like it would be a steal.
