How do you price out a project in advance without knowing what kind of customization the client wants done? It seems really open ended and a lot of grey area if you ask me.

It would make more sense if they offered a basic options list giving a few choices for each part of the car.

Yee! He would be losing out big time on the $$$ if I took Karl there just to get the interior decked out alone.

If they have a bunch of body shells, it would be a good place to sort of do an 02 restoration line. Seems to me w/ the time, space and tools you could get a car done in about 2-3 weeks. They could probably make some money getting them on the street for about 8K. Seems demand is high, and restorations are a PITA, right?

I believe they have a few shells and will completely rebuild these to a stock condition for a base price (around $20K). Any performance options or upgrades are negotiated and added to the base price. Customer does have choice of interior and exterior colors.

I suspect that we won't see this auction meet its reserve. But eBay is an great place for getting exposure for your business.

Anyone notice the line that says these cars weigh 1600 lbs? If you know 2002s, this is a little off, like 700 pounds!!! Or Cali cars just weigh less than the moss covered ones here.
