Nice! Cool diecast car, where can I find some dicast cars here in the states. I found a Inka 2002 Tii at the L.A. Auto show years ago and have not been able to find 2002's since.

That is an interesting looking car and I'm sure the article is full of neat stuff. It's a little weird, though, to do a photo feature of a car with so much custon work yet one that has a dented and beat-up kidney grill.

Haha! Hey, I have only one wiper too! My greatest (accidental) mod.

When the right-side wiper arm fell onto the hood, I was happy to be barely moving so I could stop and grab it. I have not managed to put it on but I suppose I should....

Not quite my bag either, but it does look alright for a race car. Clearly a lot of work has been put into it.

it's a race car - they're always dented and beat-up! Probably an interesting story behind that battle scar - worn with pride

I highly recommend www.sportcraftcars.com. Good service. They just posted the '76 Quester/Krebs Gösser Bier CSL in 1/18 scale, so I'm thinking about adding that one to my collection. I'm waiting for the '71 M-B AMG 300SEL 6.8 Spa racecar to come out in 1/18.

I also ordered once from www.exoticar.com one time. There is a reason why only one time. They had very crappy service and bungled my order.

I've also used www.ewacars.com and www.replicarz.com.

Keep in mind there is not much price difference between all vendors, some may charge 5 dollars less but charge more on shipping, so you make that decision yourself. I look for good service and best overall value. Minichamps and Auto Art are among the top brands, but Auto Art is more expensive and better quality. Exoto is also very expensive and highly detailed.

I'll check it out more often! I love that Martini 917 he's offering. In real life, that car is the same one as the white longtail in the opening sequences in the movie 'LeMans'.
