Hi folks

If anyone has a 1502-2002 repair manual on CD(I believe it was offered through mobile traditions) i would like to buy it, or a copy of it. I believe it was relatively inexpensive. Direct all responses to kprocyk1@yahoo.com. All advice is appreciated

Let me know

I had one and frankly it was a pain to use. See the '02 FAQ section on the CD's bugs. It also only works on computers with 512MB or less of ram.

I curently use an original paper version, which is much nicer. Also the original paper versions cost about the same as the official BMW CD price when they come up on eBay.

Are you guys talking about the factory service manual or the parts CD? I have a scanned pdf copy of the factory service manual which I find pretty nice - no worries about getting your original blue binders dirty. The parts CD (ETK, HTK....?) on the other hand is a pain to work with. I bought it from the dealer for ~$50 and discovered that realoem.com did everything the CD did and was much easier to use.

Robin,

My experience was with the official BMW CD version of the factory repair manual. I have also used a non-official pdf CD copy of the paper manual. However, it was a bit painful to search through without a reasonable index.
