geyser at da K-Fish ranch or how I tried to start my touring

Well, I got everything buttoned up last night and turned the key to pressurize the K-Fish. There was stream of gas about a foot high coming from the second allen screw on the top of the K-Fish (second of the four in a row). Can I just replace the rubber o-ring on that?????

even your local autozone or pep boys has 'em too. hey what mods did you do to make the e30 pump work?

Dave, I sent an email via the FAQ that I'm guessing did not go through. Anyway, here's how to length the pump to fit: (1) cut the two brass tubes that hold the pump and pick up to the top portion; (2) weld in some tube on the outside tube part (the structural one, not the one that feed the gas) so the pick up is the correct length; (3) use a short piece of hose to connect the inner tube top and bottom (the one that the gas feeds through). To ensure no rattling, I zip-tied the pump to the outter tube (with some hose trimming inbetween).

I learned this from Carl Nelson, so you can ask him, too!

dealer has them. I may have a set; email me if you get in a bind.

Thanks Curt -- I ordered a set myself and may -- if I want to try to get the car running before they arrive -- just get a generic replacement for a temporary fix. But I appriaciate your offer.
