The fronts yes, the rear seat, although it looks like a direct fit, is a very tight fit; the rear seat backrest section will either be too high or the seat section will not be flush with the kick panel. If you are doing a rear seat swap also and if the padding/material of the 320i rear seat are in nice shape, swap those but trim a bit to fit the 2002 rear seat frame.

to have an extra piece of vinyl stitched to help fully cover the upper seat section. I trimmed the padding down to fit the '02 frames, hog-ringed it to fit, and then stretched the 320 vinyl on w/ more hog rings.

FWIW, I actually had an upholstery shop do the top section. I am an artist, have always made/stretched my own canvases. I installed my headliner and did the bottom section of the rear seat, but the top section was difficult w/ all of the curves that it had, and it really needed the additional material to properly stretch. I paid an upholstery shop in Atlanta $30 for the work. Money well spent.

Yep. Karl is currently sporting a set now. Can't really tell a difference either, but that's probably because of the sheepskin covers I got!
